Printed copies of our book are available through lulu.com.  Because of page limits, we split the book into a “College Algebra” volume (Chapters 1 through 9) and a “Trigonometry” volume (Chapters 10 and 11). Please note these printed editions are provided *at cost* - neither author receives any royalties on these purchases.
